Yes. The setup time does not scale linearly with flat count because our team does the data migration for you. A 250-flat society goes through the same four steps as a 40-flat building — the migration just takes a few extra hours on our side. Your data is always yours. At any time, you can export your complete society data — residents, bills, payments, complaints, notices and documents — as CSV and PDF files. Under the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act 2023, myKutir is required to fulfil data export and erasure requests. There is no lock-in.
