You will build across web, mobile, and backend. One day it's a new billing flow; next it's debugging a Prisma query on a 50K-row table; next it's wiring an AI prompt into a notice draft form. We do not have frontend vs backend silos — you are expected to ship end-to-end.

Four personas (resident, committee, guard, platform admin), three languages, web and mobile. The design challenge is real: the guard entering visitor names needs a 3-tap flow; the treasurer reviewing financials needs dense data. Mobile-first sensibility is not optional.

You get societies live in 48 hours and keep them there. That means onboarding calls, data migration, training committee members who have never used SaaS, and routing product feedback back to engineering. Experience in housing, real estate, or proptech is a strong signal.
