A WhatsApp peer group, free onboarding calls, product feedback sessions, and direct access to the team building the platform. myKutir is built with committee members — not just for them.
A WhatsApp group for Society Admins and Committee Members using myKutir. Members share best practices for collection follow-ups, how to handle difficult complaints, tips on generating reports, and experiences rolling out the app to residents. It is moderated and signal-over-noise.
Every new feature, improvement, and fix is documented in the Platform Changelog, accessible from the footer inside the app. Society Admins also receive email notifications for significant new features — so you always know what's new before your residents ask.

Open changelog →We run short NPS surveys inside the platform every quarter. They take under 2 minutes. Your score and open feedback go directly to the product team — it is the fastest way to flag something that is not working without writing a formal support ticket.

The platform is shaped by the committee members using it. Here is how to make your voice heard.
Email [email protected] with a description of the problem you want to solve — not just the feature itself. "We want a penalty module" is less useful than "When residents pay late, we currently manually calculate 2% per month in Excel and add it to the next bill. This takes 2 hours every month." We read every request, reply with our current thinking within 5 working days, and track demand across societies to prioritise.
Once a month we run 30-minute video calls (Google Meet) with committee members who have been using myKutir for 3+ months. We share what we are building, ask questions about your workflows, and explore pain points we have not solved yet. Your feedback directly shapes the next quarter's roadmap. Email [email protected] with "Product Feedback" in the subject to join the list.
Free sessions available to every society on every plan — including during the 30-day trial.

Every new Society Admin can book a 1-on-1 onboarding call with our team. We cover: completing your society profile, adding flats and inviting residents, setting maintenance amounts, configuring your bank account and online payments, and any questions your committee has. Most societies complete this in one session and go live the same day.
60 minutes · Free · Google Meet
For committees that want to onboard the full team together — treasurer, secretary, and two or three committee members — we run a group training session covering the admin panel, financial reporting, and the committee approval workflow. Useful for larger societies where multiple people will be logging in regularly.
30-day free trial. Free onboarding call. Average go-live time: 48 hours.
