myKutir is an AI-first residential society management platform built for Indian RWAs, co-operative housing societies, and gated communities. We give every committee — from a 10-flat building in Ahmedabad to a 500-unit township in Pune — the same modern tools that large real estate firms use, at a flat monthly rate with no per-resident fees.
Why we exist
The committee treasurer volunteering their Sunday to reconcile Excel sheets shouldn't have to.
India has over 1 million registered residential housing societies. The people running them — elected committee members, volunteer secretaries, unpaid treasurers — are managing maintenance billing, gate logs, complaints, payroll, and financial reporting with no proper tools. WhatsApp groups for notices. Paper registers for visitor entries. Excel for accounts.
We built myKutir because we believed there was no reason a 100-flat RWA in Gujarat should operate any differently from a well-managed 500-unit gated community. Every society deserves automated billing, digital gate management, online payment collection, clean financial reporting, and an AI that can draft a notice or summarise a complaint in seconds.
